Do I need to have a gym membership to become a client?
Nope! Full coaching programs and customized workout plans can be tailored to the home equipment you have.
How much does your fitness coaching cost?
Rates are discussed during consultation calls and differ depending on program length and payment plans.
Are you certified?
Yes. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach (National Academy of Sports Medicine AKA, NASM)
Do you only coach women?
Nope! My coaching is open to all genders.
Do you coach for bodybuilding competitions?
No. My coaching is for lifestyle clients.
What is discussed during the free consultation?
Consultations are brief and include further information regarding my programs, pricing, and time to chat about you and your own goals! They are no-pressure sessions where we can gain a clear understanding as to whether my programs are the right fit for you.

What is your nutrition philosophy?
I believe nutrition is multi-faceted; Food is fuel, but it is also comfort, culture, celebration, new experiences, joy, etc. While I promote healthy eating that is primarily whole foods-based, I believe life is too short to always say no to an ice cream date with your loved one.
